Press Kit

Kirk Archive is the most comprehensive sourced compendium of the Charlie Kirk assassination case online. Free to use, cite, and link. No paywall. No narrative agenda.

About the Archive

Kirk Archive launched in September 2025 to fill a gap no single news outlet was filling: a unified, source-footnoted case record for the assassination of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University.

Every piece of evidence — the Mauser 98 rifle, FBI DNA analysis, the ATF bullet-fragment report, text messages, the alleged note, witness testimony, and the prosecution's and defense's competing accounts — is catalogued, labeled with an evidentiary posture (Court Record, Alleged, Disputed, or Not Established), and traced to a named, verifiable source.

The archive does not advocate for a verdict. It applies the same evidentiary discipline to the official prosecution account as it does to contested narratives and alternative theories — labeling both accurately and keeping the question of guilt open until a jury decides it.

Editorial Standards

Kirk Archive applies a four-label evidentiary posture system to every claim in the archive:

  • Court Record — filed charge, court ruling, or official probable-cause statement.
  • Alleged — prosecution or witness claim, not yet tested at trial.
  • Disputed — actively contested by the defense or contradicted by competing evidence.
  • Not Established — unverified, unsupported by credible evidence, or disproven.

Every item in the archive names its source outlet, date, and links to the original. No social media, no aggregation, no unverified rumor is admitted to the evidence catalogue. The archive uses a whitelist of credible outlets; any item from outside the whitelist must meet a higher editorial bar before inclusion.

Correction policy: Factual corrections are made in-place with a note where material. The archive's goal is accuracy, not point-of-view.
