This is an independent, reader-supported, third-party case-study and research compendium. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the State of Utah, the Utah County Attorney's Office, the defense, the court, the Kirk family, Turning Point USA, or any law-enforcement agency. Presumption of innocence
Tyler James Robinson is charged, not convicted. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. He has not entered a plea and has not been tried. Nothing on this site should be read as a statement of his guilt, or as a determination that he fired the shot, acted alone, or committed any charged offense. Whether he is the person who fired the fatal shot is a contested question that this archive does not resolve.
Attribution and labels
Claims are organized by evidence posture and labeled consistently: court record (filed documents, rulings), prosecutor allegation (assertions not tested at trial), defense claim, disputed (actively contested), unsupported / unverified (no credible evidence), and developing. Where primary-source material is reproduced (e.g., text messages attributed to a party in a charging document), it is framed as attributed to or alleged, not as established truth.
Neutrality
This archive holds both the official and contested accounts of the event open without pre-deciding between them. Documenting that a claim circulates is not an endorsement of it. Labeling a claim "unsupported" or "not established" is an evidentiary assessment, not a definitive pronouncement, and reflects the public record as of the date shown.

Living individuals and third-party claims
This site discusses named individuals, some of whom are private figures. Damaging assertions about any named person are attributed to a named accuser, a court filing, a published fact-check, or reporting — and, where applicable, accompanied by the subject's denial. The site does not assert the truth of unproven allegations of criminal conduct by any individual. Names of uninvolved private individuals (including minors) are deliberately omitted.
Accuracy, corrections, and currency
This is an active case. Facts may change as the proceedings develop. Each time-sensitive claim carries a "last verified" date. Every effort is made for accuracy, but no warranty of completeness or correctness is given. Corrections are welcome — use our contact form with a specific citation and we will review and amend promptly. Good-faith correction requests are actioned regardless of which "side" they favor.
